At WellClean®, we take pride in delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients. We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, offering peace of mind and a commitment to quality.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We promise that you will be completely satisfied with the cleaning services we provide. Our professionally trained team pays attention to every detail, ensuring a spotless and refreshing environment. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we pledge to make it right by offering the following remedies:

2.1. Redo Policy

If any aspect of our cleaning does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly address the specific areas of concern and re-clean them at no additional cost. The redo guarantee is applicable to the specific areas you are dissatisfied with and does not extend to areas not originally included in the service scope.

2.2. Refund Policy

In instances where a redo is not feasible or if you remain unsatisfied with our service after we have attempted to rectify the situation, we offer a Refund Policy. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of the service completion, providing detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction.Our management team will review your case, and if it is determined that our services did not meet our standard of quality, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the services rendered.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

3.1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover issues caused by circumstances beyond our control,such as wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or environmental conditions, you will be notified in writing at the beginning of the job about those circumstances.

3.2. The guarantee is only valid for services paid in full and does not apply to discounts or promotional offerings.
3.3. Claims made after the specified notification period will be considered on a case-by-case basis,but remedies under this guarantee may not be guaranteed.
3.4. our satisfaction guarantee does not cover areas not cleaned due to clutter or lack of accessibility.

4. How Our Guarantee Works

To claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please follow these steps:
1- Notification: Contact our customer service team via phone, WhatsApp, or email only within 24 hours, Social Media contacts are not considered official communication channels. Provide your service details,including the date of service, your contact information, and a detailed description of your dissatisfaction.

2- Assessment: Our customer service team will process your claim, and we may require photographic evidence or an on-site inspection to understand the issues fully.
3- Resolution: We will offer a redo to the specific areas or aspects of the service with which you were dissatisfied. This redo service will be scheduled as soon as possible, at a time convenient for you.
4- Follow-Up: After the redo has been completed, we will follow up with you to ensure that the service meets your expectations and that you are fully satisfied with the outcome, if not we will offer a refund in accordance to our Refund Policy.

2. Services DescriptionWellClean® provides a variety of cleaning services, which are detailed on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time.
3. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself as requested during the booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information.
4. Payment Payment for services must be made through any of the payment methods provided on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
5. Cancellation PolicyYou can cancel your service appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made after this period, please check our Cancellation Policy Below.
6. Limitation of LiabilityWellClean® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WellClean® and protected by both Saudi and international copyright laws.
8. Amendments to TermsWe reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation Policy
At WellClean®, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our booking and cancellation policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. General Terms

1.1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email or message from WellClean®.
1.2. Payment Options: Customers can choose to pay immediately through one of our secure payment gateways or opt to pay later as per the terms discussed during the booking process.

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1. Free Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their booking for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
2.2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will have two options to choose from:

A. To be refunded the full booking amount as credit only, not in cash, where they can use this credit to reschedule another cleaning session.
B. incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the booking amount only. This fee compensates for the
preparation and slot reservation made in anticipation of the service.

2.3. No-Show Policy: In the event of the team’s arrival at the site with a no-show or response of the customer without any prior cancellation. The team will wait for a maximum of 30% of the service expected time, after which the customer will be charged the full amount of the service.
2.4. How to Cancel: To cancel a booking, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your booking reference number. Our customer service team will assist you with the cancellation process.

3. Cancellation by WellClean®

3.1. Right to Cancel: WellClean® reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff unavailability, emergencies, or unsafe working conditions, and to inform the customer well in advance.
3.2. Notice of Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation from our side, WellClean® commits to notify our customers as soon as possible via email or phone.
3.3. Refunds and Rescheduling: Customers affected by a cancellation initiated by WellClean® will be
offered a full refund according to our Refund Policy, or the option to reschedule the service at a later date, subject to availability.

4. Amendments
Customers wishing to amend their booking details (e.g., service date, time, or scope) are encouraged to contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. While we cannot guarantee all amendments can be accommodated, we will make every effort to meet your needs without additional charges, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At WellClean®, we understand the importance of trust and satisfaction in our service. That’s why we have established a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that our clients feel secure and valued. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued and the process for requesting one.
2. Refund Eligibility

Costumers are eligible for a refund in the following situations:
2.1. Unsatisfactory Service: According to our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, if you are not
satisfied with the quality of cleaning provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by offering a redo of the affected area(s) at no additional charge. If you are still not satisfied after the redo or if a redo is not feasible, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the circumstances.
2.2. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will be subject to our Cancellation Policy and will have two options to choose from (1) a full refund in credit, or (2)a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within more than 48 hours will receive a full refund.
2.3. Cancellation by WellClean®: On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an appointment due to
unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
2.4. Overcharging: If you were incorrectly charged more than the agreed amount due to a billing error on our part.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

3.1. Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by our phone, WhatsApp, or email. Provide your name, service date, and a brief description of the issue.
3.2. Review: Our team will review your refund request, which may include an assessment of the service provided. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
3.3. Outcome: You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Limitations

4.1. Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of service completion.
4.2. Refunds or redo are not offered for areas not included in the original service agreement or areas that were not accessible during the service.
4.3. WellClean® reserves the right to refuse service or refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or unreasonable expectations.

5. Modifications to Refunds Policy

WellClean® reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will post the updated policy on our website, and it will be effective immediately upon posting.
